At the conclusion of any of our projects, we will supply the application code and a set of handover documents, along with user training (if applicable). Depending on the nature of the project, you may be able to easily maintain the product yourself. In the case of a new website for example, your training manual will provide detailed instructions, allowing you to update the content yourself. You will have the ability to change text, pictures, add new sections, respond to blogs, etc - all from your web browser, or on your phone using a mobile app we download for you.
For some of our other projects (for example a mobile application), although you have the code, it may be difficult for you to make updates yourself. In these cases, we are happy to provide application maintenance and support contracts to provide ongoing support for as little or as long as you need.
Naturally, prior to launch, all of our solutions are thoroughly tested. You will also have the opportunity to participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the product meets your requirements. For peace of mind, a warranty period is included in all of our contracts to ensure that any critical issues are fixed at our expense. If you would like a longer warranty period, this can also be included in our agreements for additional cost.
